Notes:

  • Time each round and make sure you are staying on a similar pace between rounds
  • You always start fresh on pull-ups so try to get them done in as few sets as possible
  • For push-ups have a plan from the start. Break them in the first rounds even if you feel good
  • Sit-ups & Air Squats need to stay unbroken
