5 Rounds for Time:
10 Bench Press (50-75% Bodyweight)
500m Row*

*Sub for a 400m Run if needed

Notes:
A push-pull weightlifting, mono combo. You should be able to move through this quickly. Don’t take a long time getting on the bench or on the rower. Pick a weight you can go unbroken for bench press for the first couple of rounds.

Also, if you don’t have a bench, do 12 Floor Presses.
